New Lead® provides its clients with only qualified leads hence there is no need for replacement of credits, replacement of leads. It is a matter of fact that there are many sites which have false leads hence requiring that credits and money paid be refunded.New Lead® have made sure that this does not occur in their site.
You should comprehend that the normal turn around time is 1-2 weeks after your payment has been received by the company. After you have done your payment, you could make a phone call and discuss some specifics on your order. It is also at this time that you can talk and agree on the delivery schedules.
There could be certain times when alternative calling areas will be required. This is the case when there are no enough areas or records to call. An area will be considered not available when a different order of similar nature has been used in the past 6 months. Normally, calling areas are available on first come basis.
Additional charges will apply for orders which needs calling databases for leads that are less than 20.For an order of 100 leads, for instance, the price of the 4 calls that are made is included in the total price of the leads. If the calling areas are divided further, a surcharge will be required for the forfeiture of the leads which are free. Alternatively, another method of meeting the extra costs is devised.
If a customer shows to New Lead® duplicate lead/appointment, the company will not be held liable in any way. You should know that making phone calls to the same parties more than once is costly No matter the case at hand, the company will not be held liable in any way, be it financial or other method.
New Lead® deserves the right to reject making calls to some areas if it can be determined that those particular areas are pretty hard to call. Also, if it can be determined that the call is in, the company will not be bound to make any phone call.
If something arises on the qualifications of leads, it is the policy of New Lead® to ask the client to fax the lead sheet with the right comments written on it. All the calls are listened to and a determination will be made about the qualification of the leads.
There are generation standards which should be fulfilled. The company will not condone anything which does not meet the standards that have been set in place. For an order of 20 leads which have been placed, a review of 3 orders on the maximum can be reviewed. You should know that leads that are more than a month and half old cannot be considered for review.
