Senior Marketing is Allen Texas Based Marketing Company for Medicare agents and Mortgage insurance brokers with over 10 years of experience. Currently we are utilizing help of some call centers India, Philippines and Eastern European Countries to generate sales leads in the form of preset appointments and referral phone leads.
Call Center must agree to the below appointment and referral phone lead pricing:
- Reverse Mortgage - $60.00 per appointment or referral phone lead.
Call center agrees to record all telephone conversations and keep them in the file for 1 year period of time (release as an email attachment as soon as Senior Marketing ask for them). Call Center will be provided with lead data from Senior Marketing, data alone with the schedules will be emailed to Call Center once a week on Friday for the following week (According to the company average - 13 - 15 data leads per 1 appointment for Medicare Products and 20 leads per appointment for Reverse Mortgage Products).
Example: 100 appointments to schedule - $1,500 data leads will be realized.
Senior Marketing will not pay Call center per hour; however we will pay Call Center Advance for the week minus credits if there any on Monday (Pay Pal or money wire). Since we are not an agency, we charge our clients in advance for the services and it is very important to complete schedules 100 percent. Call Center reserves the right to utilize its own list data. (List data should much ordered data / income level, age, territory).
- Call Center must complete schedules 90 percent - 100 percent and email them back by 8:00 PM Central Standard Time.
- Appointments / Phone Leads must be set 24-48 hour in advance.
- Call Center needs to have excellent communication skills.
- Call Center has to have several contact numbers (Names and Emails).
Before Senior Marketing and Call Center start business relationship 'Free Trial Run' which should equal total of 1 day of their first week desired amount of work. Example: If Call Center weekly desired amount is 100, 'Trial Run' should equal 20 appointments / phone leads. Trial Run must be complete by the call Center and emailed to the Company alone with the recordings to reassure us about the Call Center work capability.
- We will provide Call Center with 100-150 appointments first week with increase of 20-30 appointments every week thereafter with the limit of 800 per week.
- Senior Marketing or Call Center is able to terminate an agreement at any time without any reason at any time.
